- If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
Refunds will be issued via:
- Original payment method (e.g., card, mobile money via Paystack)
4. Exchanges

- Incorrect products delivered
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Delivery & Return Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover delivery costs
- If the return is not due to our error, customer may bear return delivery costs
